OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
Our Farm grass fed gravy beef is hand cut in store by our experienced butchers. It is incredibly good value and being grass fed means this beef is packed full of beautiful flavour. Gravy beef needs to be cooked low and slow and is perfect for stews, casseroles, curries and soups.
