AUSTRALIAN MEAT EMPORIUM ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER POLICY

Orders need to be made online by 12pm business days Monday-Thursday to be included in next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on Tuesday.

By placing an order online, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

We may use your personal information such as phone number & email address to contact you to clarify anything about your order.

DELIVERY POLICY

Australian Meat Emporium deliver to Metropolitan Sydney Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.

If your delivery address needs to be altered once your order is placed, please email us ASAP at info@meatemporium.com.au and we will do our best to get your order delivered to the new address. Australian Meat Emporium accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.

Australian Meat Emporium accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home.

Customers must get in contact with us via email info@meatemporium.com.au within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. Australian Meat Emporium will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meat products or offering store credit for your next order.

Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meat product replacement or store credit.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ refunds or returns.

If we are out of stock of your item, a full refund will be issued to the payment method you placed the order with.

THIRD PARTIES

BeCool Couriers is not a Common Carrier – and as such, does not insure Customers Goods for loss or damage of stock. Insurance of Goods whilst in transit with BeCool Couriers is the responsibility of the Customer.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Australian Meat Emporium may make changes to this policy at any time. Our website will be updated and this policy should be reviewed by customers frequently.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers are required to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchasing. Please note we use a next-day courier service so we require you to cancel ASAP.

DELIVERY:

What if I’m not home for delivery?

We use styrofoam boxes with ice packs to keep your meat chilled for up to 12 hours.

Please contact us if you think we may experience any difficulties delivering your order.

Delivery to apartment buildings

We deliver to apartments, however, please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your box. If there are no instructions, your box will be placed in the foyer of your building or on the front doorstep (depending on building access). Please ensure we have easy access to the front door.

Mobile Terms of Service:

The Australian Meat Emporium mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Australian Meat Emporium (“Australian Meat Emporium”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Australian Meat Emporium’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Australian Meat Emporium through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Australian Meat Emporium. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to AME or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Australian Meat Emporium mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
