About Us

The Australian Meat Emporium is Sydney’s largest fresh meat market, proudly family owned and run since 2019. With 30 years experience in the Australian meat industry, we bring to you an enormous range that caters to all tastes and budgets.

How it works:

1 Grab a jacket. It gets cold in our coolroom so make sure you rug up! You will see our signature orange jackets as you walk in, you are more than welcome to borrow one of these while you shop.

2 Browse our incredible coolroom. Here you will see our massive range of wagyu, grass fed beef, primal cuts, offal, hotpot meat, pork, lamb, poultry, sausages and mince.

3 Visit our master butchers at the counter. They will prepare your meat to your liking free of charge.

4 Browse our extensive grocery section. We have an incredible range of sauces, rubs, and most groceries you would need to cook up any meal! While you’re there, don’t forget to check out the charcoal. We also stock a great range of charcoal and wood chips for all your barbequing needs.

In our store you will find: grass fed and grain fed beef, primal cuts, wagyu, hotpot meat, offal, mince, sausages, poultry, lamb, pork along with a selection of speciality grocery items. We also have plenty of charcoal, woodchips and barbeque accessories. We have a range of barbeques, smokers, hibachi grills and hot pots for sale too.
