Sydney Metropolitan - Place your order before 6:30am Monday-Friday for next day delivery. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. All orders are delivered anytime between 8am-6pm.

If your delivery address needs to be altered once your order is placed, please email us ASAP at email@example.com and we will do our best to get your order delivered to the new address. Australian Meat Emporium accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.
Australian Meat Emporium accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home.
Customers must get in contact with us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. Australian Meat Emporium will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meat products or offering store credit for your next order.
Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meat product replacement or store credit.
Refund & Returns
All products that we use for our online delivery is taken from our shop floor. All of our meat is hand cut by our butchers and will be within a variable weight range. For your online orders, you will be charged the maximum amount at checkout and then refunded the difference. As our stock varies day by day, please note that you may recieve an item that is on the smaller side of the weight range and you will be refunded the difference.
We do not accept ‘change of mind’ refunds or returns.
If we are out of stock of your item, a full refund will be issued to the payment method you placed the order with.
Changes to this policy
The Australian Meat Emporium may make changes to this policy at any time. Our website will be updated and this policy should be reviewed by customers frequently.
Customers are required to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchasing. Please note we use a next day courier service so we require you to cancel ASAP.
