Delivery Policy

The Australian Meat Emporium are committed to providing you with the best quality meat at everyday prices. When placing an order online for delivery, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Australian Meat Emporium accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home. Our deliveries are managed by a third-party refrigerated courier, who operates under their own safety and handling procedures.

Due to access and safety restrictions set by our courier partners, deliveries to apartment complexes, townhouses, or multi-unit buildings are made to the building foyer, lobby, or ground-level access point only. Drivers are not authorised to enter buildings, use lifts, or deliver directly to apartment doors.

We recommend providing detailed delivery instructions (e.g. building entry code, concierge details, or safe-drop preference) at checkout to assist successful delivery.

If your delivery address needs to be changed after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@meatemporium.com.au
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot enact changes to your delivery address within 48 hours of your delivery date. 

Australian Meat Emporium accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customers must get in contact with us on Social media (Instagram, Facebook), via phone at 02 96900979 or via email info@meatemporium.com.au within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. Australian Meat Emporium will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meat products or offering store credit for your next order.

Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meat product replacement or store credit.
