OUR FARM grass fed beef comes direct from our owners farm at the foothills of the Kosciusko Mountains range and is exclusive to Australian Meat Emporium. 

Our Angus beef is 100% grass fed, free from antibiotics and hormones. Our cattle raise their calves amongst mountain streams and sheltered timbers, grazing on lush grass land pastures developing a superior natural flavour. Once weaned, they move to our pasture river flats and graze on a diverse range of annual and perennial grasses and legumes, supplying a nutritious and well balanced diet.

We allow our cattle time to mature and accept good things take time. We appreciate the 4 seasons of nature and enjoy the bounty of flavour that comes from natural harmony.
