Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
Hand cut in store by our experienced butchers, the cattleman’s cutlet is a rib eye on the bone. As well as the dramatic presentation the bone gives this piece of meat, it also assists by transferring the heat during cooking and retaining the moisture in the centre of the steak. This piece of meat has a depth of flavour synonymous with grass fed beef. It is perfect for roasting whole, grilling, pan frying or throwing on the BBQ.
