Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
This is an incredibly economical cut of meat. Being grass fed, this cut of meat is full of flavour. The oyster blade has fine marbling, which melts into the meat during cooking giving it sensational flavour. This steak is best cooked in the pan or on the BBQ.
