Our house made Tallow Roast Potatoes are made with fresh potatoes, infused with aromatic rosemary and garlic, and tossed in golden beef tallow for a crisp, flavour packed finish. Convenient, delicious, and full of old-fashioned flavour.
Simply preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius, remove the lid/seal. Put the potatoes in the oven for 15 mins then turn and cook for 15 minutes more or until golden brown.
