Cut from the prized butt end of the leg, our grass fed lamb leg steaks are lean, tender and packed with rich lamb flavour. Quick to cook and endlessly versatile, they're perfect on the grill, in a pan, or straight onto the barbecue for an easy, flavour packed meal any night of the week.

Best cooked to medium rare or medium for the most tender result. Try with garlic, rosemary and lemon, or keep it simple with just salt and pepper.
