OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
Chuck steak is incredibly good value. Being grass-fed, this beef has a beautiful strong flavour. It can be diced or cooked whole and is perfect for low and slow cooking.
