Pasta Masterclass - Fettuccine al Pomodoro

As we head into Autumn - let’s learn to make fettuccine pasta!

Kids will knead and make pasta from scratch; let it rest; and then make a rich and tasty tomato sugo using fresh & tinned tomatoes; onions & garlic.

Kids will then learn a Chef’s secret to quick and delicious garlic butter to create their own serving of garlic bread.

As the tomato sugo is cooking down we will use the pasta rolling machines to create thick and luscious fresh fettuccine which Chefs will blanch.

Then “tutti a tavola” lunch is served  - lets eat!

Kids can eat lunch on site or it can be packed in spill proof take home containers to share with the family later!

Class includes chefs hat; take home box & pasta recipe - PPE aprons and food prep gloves will be supplied.

All classes are run by a fully qualified chef and facilitator, and kids are encouraged to ask questions and learn new skills throughout the session.

Class sizes are limited, so early booking is recommended.
Group bookings are welcome.

Please note: Participants must be 8 years or older to attend this class.

Note: Photos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. Please advise us on the day if you prefer for your child not to be photographed.

  • Please note there are no refunds for cancellations. Store credit will be provided. 
  • Please arrive by 9.30 am to sign in for the class and be ready for class commencement at 10 am.
