Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone-free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
The rump steak is made up of four different muscles which gives it a lovely variety of texture when eating. This is a versatile cut of meat that is perfect on the grill or in the pan, but can also be enjoyed diced or stir fried for fast cooking.
Please note: This item is freshly cut every Monday and available for delivery from Wednesday to Saturday.
