Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
The bone in New York strip, otherwise known as a bone-in sirloin or porterhouse, is hand cut in store by our skilled butchers. Being grass-fed and attached to the bone, this steak is packed full of flavour. It is a tender piece of meat which makes it the perfect steak to throw on the BBQ or in the pan.
