One of our favourite cuts of meat here, beef short ribs are packed full of the most incredible flavour. The layers of fat and bone keep the ribs moist and tender during the cooking process. They are best cooked low and slow and are delicious prepared with very simple herbs and spices, but also take on the flavour of marinades well.
