Our Turkey Half Breast is ideal for smaller families or those who prefer lean, tender white meat. Each breast is prepared from quality Australian turkey, expertly trimmed for even cooking and easy carving. The turkey breast is one breast split in half, with the skin on. 

With a 1.6–2kg size range, it’s perfect for feeding 4–6 people. Roast with herbs and butter for a golden, juicy result — delicious with our housemade stuffing mix and festive sides.
