Porchetta is a traditional Italian roast pork. Our Porchetta is made the traditional way in house - from pork belly that has been deboned. It is then rubbed with garlic, rosemary, chilli flakes and fennel, rolled, and finally hand tied. We have taken all the hard work out of this Porchetta so it is ready to go straight into the oven!
