Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
The Spider Steak is an incredibly prized steak taken from the inside hip, so there are only two per cow. It gets its name from the web of intramuscular fat that is marbled throughout the cut. It is best cooked quickly on high heat, then left to rest and sliced thinly to serve.
