OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be. 

Osso Bucco is a cross cut beef shank that needs to be cooked low and slow. The marrow in the bone is a delicacy that gives this meat a distinct and beautiful flavour.
