Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
The chuck tail flap is taken from the part of the beef near the shoulder and it has an intense, rich flavour. The chuck tail flap can be slow cooked or smoked, similar to a brisket, and can also be sliced thinly for fast cooking.
