Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone-free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
The Bolar Blade comes from the shoulder. It is made up of lots of connective tissue, so benefits from being cooked low and slow. This cut of meat has great flavour and offers fantastic value if you are looking to feed a crowd. This cut of beef is often used in a 'pot roast' but can also be thinly sliced for stir fry or diced for curries or braises.
This cut of meat can also be used for making your own corned beef.
