OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone-free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
Hand cut in store by our experienced butchers, this grass fed scotch fillet is a very high-quality piece of meat. It has a depth of flavour synonymous with grass fed beef and is incredibly tender. Scotch fillets are best cooked on high heat in the pan or on the BBQ.
