OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
The porterhouse steak, otherwise known as a sirloin, is hand cut in store by our skilled butchers. Being grass fed, this steak is packed full of flavour. It is a tender piece of meat which makes it the perfect steak to throw on the BBQ or in the pan.
Please note: This item is freshly cut every Tuesday and available for delivery from Wednesday to Saturday.
