OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
Bavette is taken from the lower chest of the animal, and is a long, flat cut. Cook the bavette steak fast on high heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before eating. This cut works well sliced thinly to serve with fajitas, or drizzled with chimichurri.
