These beef liver steaks are grass fed, and have been cut into portions that make them easy to cook. Beef liver is known for its nutritional properties and is high in B vitamins, copper and iron. Beef liver is often cooked quickly in the pan on medium to high heat. It can also be grated frozen into other meals such as bolognaise or casseroles to add extra flavour and nutrients
