These party size sausage rolls make for the perfect addition to any party, or an easy dinner for the kids.

These sausage rolls are made with lamb mince, eggs, apricot, garlic, cinnamon, cumin, smoked paprika, harissa breadcrumbs and puff pastry. Simply preheat the oven to 180 degrees, brush with an egg wash and bake the sausage rolls for around 30 mins or until cooked through and golden.
