This piece of meat is dry-aged for 30 days in our store dry-ager to add tenderness and depth of flavour.
The rump steak is made up of four different muscles which gives it a lovely variety of texture when eating. This is a versatile cut of meat that is perfect on the grill or in the pan, but can also be enjoyed diced or stir fried for fast cooking.
