The bone in New York strip, otherwise known as a bone-in sirloin or porterhouse, is hand cut in store by our skilled butchers. Being attached to the bone, this steak is packed full of flavour. It is a tender piece of meat which makes it the perfect steak to throw on the BBQ or in the pan.

This piece of meat has been dry aged in store for 30 days to add tenderness and depth of flavour.
