Experience the flavours of South America in this BBQ Masterclass on Sunday, 15th of May.
BBQ expert Nico Perez from @woodfiredstove will show you how to master the art of South American BBQ. With cuts covering Brazil to Argentina, your tastebuds will be well travelled after this class!
In this 2 hour demonstration class, watch Nico as he shows how to perfect three different South American cuts including:
- Pichana (Beef Rump Cap)
- Entrana (Argentinian Thin Skirt)
- Asado de Tira (Beef Short Ribs)
The class will cover preparation and cooking techniques. Plus, all participants will have the opportunity to sample each cut.
Class participants will receive a FREE showbag, including an AME cap, bag, discount card and the recipe for each cut. A selection of drinks will also be provided.
The class size is limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
