The popular South American BBQ Masterclass is back on Sunday, 19th November, 2pm-4pm.
BBQ expert Nico Perez from @woodfiredstove will show you how to master the art of South American BBQ. With cuts covering Brazil to Argentina, your tastebuds will be well-travelled after this class!
In this 2-hour demonstration class, watch Nico as he shows how to perfect three different South American cuts including:
- Pichana (Beef Rump Cap)
- Entrana (Argentinian Thin Skirt)
- Asado de Tira (Beef Short Ribs)
The class will cover preparation and cooking techniques. Plus, all participants will have the opportunity to sample each cut.
Class participants will receive a FREE showbag, including an AME cap, Tramontina steak knife, house-made salt and the recipe for each cut.
Class sizes are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. Group bookings are welcome.
Cancellations and changes
- Please note there are no refunds for cancellations. Store credit will be provided.
- In the event of a poor weather forecast the class may be rescheduled. All participants will be notified of a reschedule by Friday, 17 November.
