Children will chop up some fresh rasberries and blackberries and cook it down with sugar to make a thick jam filling. We then cut puff pastry rounds to fill and cook off for a delicious winter dessert treat accompanied by some fresh whipped cream. The children will then sear off chicken thighs, BBQ style and prepare their own choice of fillings including vermicelli noodles, carrot strands, cucmber spears and avocado to roll up the freshest rice paper rolls.
