Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be. 

Beef tri tip is a lean cut of meat taken from the whole rump. It is a versatile cut that makes a fantastic roast when kept whole, can be cut into steaks or cooked slow.
