The Pražská šunka is German Butchery's original Prager ham, but with a twist. After the Prager is double smoked over German beechwood, they hand score it, glaze it and then oven-bake it to perfection. The Pražská šunka looks fantastic and has to be tasted to be believed.

The Pražská šunka has taken out the Champion Ham at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards and has been voted the best ham in NSW multiple times!
