The tomahawk is a rib eye steak with the bone left in to add extra flavour and drama when serving. This tomahawk has been grain fed for 100 days to make it extra tender. It has flavourful fat that melts into the meat while it cooks giving it a subtle taste synonymous with grain fed beef.
