BBQ expert Nico Perez from @woodfiredstove is back to demonstrate the craft of cooking delicious BBQ with fire.
Cooking with fire not only gives food an extraordinary flavor that's difficult to replicate with other cooking methods but also creates powerful memories and brings people together.
This two-hour demonstration class will cover topics including fire building, temperature control, preparation and cooking techniques and the use of seasoning and marinades to enhance flavor.
Nico will take you through a number of mouth-watering recipes including:
- Picanha on Skewers
- Tacos al Pastor
- Corn Ranchero with Fetta and Lime
- Skewered Chimichurri Chicken Wings
All participants will have the opportunity to sample each recipe during the class.
This class is designed to ignite your passion for BBQ and fire cooking, providing confidence to replicate these recipes at home for family and friends.
The class cost of $125 per person includes a FREE show bag, including an AME cap, Tramontina steak knife, sample product and the recipes featured in the class.
Class sizes are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. Group bookings are welcome.

- In the event of a poor weather forecast, the class may be rescheduled. All participants will be notified of a reschedule by Friday, 17 November.
