Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
This piece of meat has a depth of flavour synonymous with grass fed beef. The whole rump is a versatile cut of meat as it can be roasted whole, cut up into steaks or enjoyed diced or cut into strips for stir frying and fast cooking.
