We're looking forward to another long weekend ahead of us where things are really starting to ramp up at AME with avid meat lovers rushing through the doors. From barbecued beef eye fillets to succulent lamb roasts, there is nothing better to cook on ANZAC Day.

With primary steak cuts at a premium, why not look for something to off-set the costs and charge up the flavour by planning ahead with a slow cooked meal...

There really is an abundance of supply for some of the best suited quality cuts to choose from like a diced chuck steak, oyster blade or even melt in the mouth beef briskets. Our briskets pack so much punch due to the effect when collagen breaks down in the meat over a longer period of time.
